What happens after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed by at least two members of the Cloudclothing production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.

We'll review your design and fix common problems including alignment, contrast, line thickness, and more.

You'll get an email with a picture proof and details of any corrections before we process your order.

Your products are then decorated using screen printing for quantities , digital printing for quantities, or embroidery, and shipped to your door by your guaranteed delivery date.

You can check the status of your order at any time using the Order Number included in your confirmation email in our customer care .

How long does it take to produce the t-shirts?

Our production lead time usually takes about 10 days upon confirmation. Depending on the quantity required to print, some orders might take longer. However if there is a deadline that you need to meet, do let us know in advance so that we can try to schedule printing your order.

I am on a budget, what can I do to reduce the cost of the t-shirt?

To reduce the t-shirt price, you can

  • print fewer colors. Each color requires a separate template e.g. 2 colours= 2 template
  • print fewer locations. It is cheaper to print on 1 side of the shirt eg. front:1 colour, back: 1 colour = 2 colours
  • Print a smaller design Eg. Instead of printing A3 design, print an A4 design on the t-shirt
  • ordering larger quantities will reduce price per t-shirt
  • minimise the type of print used eg. T-shirt printed with silkscreen + embroidery is usually more expensive than t-shirt printed with silkscreen only

What is the minimum order amount?

If you are going for customisation of uniform to suit your company image, a minimium of 50, 100 or even 500 may be required depending on the complexity of it.

Artwork requirements

Should be high resolution recommended 300 dpi at the finished printed size

Preferred file extenstions:*.bmp,*.gif,*.jpg,*.tif,*.psd,*.eps,*.ai

If you only have a hand-drawn design or low resolution file, we have an In-House designer that will be able to edit it for you for FREE** so that you can still get a good quality printed t-shirt.

What happens to my design after the completion of my order?

After your t-shirts are printed, it is kept in our database so that we can retrieve it when you want to print your design again. In addition, it may be used as a sample for others as reference for purpose of advertising only. We will not, in any case, resell your design to other customers unless you have granted them permission to do so.

Can I print any design that I want?

Certain logos are trademarked or restricted and are not allowed for individual use Eg. Liverpool logo. We will reject any design or part of a design that it is illegal or in anyway inappropriate for us to produce.

What kind of tshirt printing method is suitable for my tshirts?

Basically each tshirt design is unique, however it will run down to the quantity and the usage of your tshirt to determine the type of methods to decorate your tshirt or uniform. Our experts will give you advise if you do not know which will be suitable for your design.

Finding the right size

Can't decide between a small and a medium? Curious about the fit of the item you want? Check out CloudClothing's sizing line ups! Just choose the product you want sizing information on, then click View Sizing Line-Up in the upper left. Here, you'll be able to view the product on real people (complete with their height and weight) and see the actual product measurements to make an informed decision about sizing. If there's no sizing line-up for your item, or if you have any other questions about the garment you want, just call a friendly service representative , and they'll be happy to help you choose the perfect sizes for everyone in your group!

Printing the same design on different colors / styles

Is your masterpiece design ready but the gang wants different colors or mens and ladies styles? We can help! Simply send your design on one of the styles and give us a call to choose other styles/colors, get your final price, and place your order. CloudClothing will always give you the best volume price for your entire order.

What if I have a problem with my order?

We're available 7 days a week 8am-11pm ET Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm ET Saturday and 10am-9pm ET Sunday.
Every situation is different, but generally, if there is something wrong with your order than promised, we'll work to correct your order or replace your order if you let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.
